General Banquet Information
- Our Grand Ballroom can
accommodate up to 350 guests.
- Our Sunset Room can
accommodate up to 90 guests.
- A Villa Louisa must supply
all food and liquor.
- A Villa Louisa will provide
seating cards and floor plans.
- Assorted linen colors are
available.
Guaranteed Attendance
- To allow appropriate time
for proper planning, we would
appreciate an approximate count
14 days before the banquet and a
guaranteed count 3 days before
the banquet.
- The guaranteed count is the
amount to be billed.
Payment Information
- Non-refundable deposit of
$1000 is required to confirm a
wedding reception.
- An additional deposit of
$1000 is due three months before the
wedding date.
- A non-refundable deposit of
$500 is required for a social function.
- All deposits are deducted
from the final bill.
- All dates are left open
until deposits are received. No
dates will be tentatively held.
- Final payment is due three
days before in the form of bank
check, money order, or cash.

Time scheduling for banquets are
as follows:
- Time limit 5 hours
- Sunday and Friday flexible
time slots are available.
- On Saturday
Daytime gatherings:
- 11:00am - 4:00pm or 11:30am
- 4:30pm
- 12:00pm - 5:00pm or 12:30pm
- 5:30pm
Evening Affairs:
- 6:30pm - 11:30am or 7:00pm -
12:00am
- 7:30pm - 12:30am or 8:00pm -
01:00am
If possible and prearranged, we
will charge $500.00 for one extra
